As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will ensure flawless execution of store level sales and promotional plans with retail customers. Our retail territory consists of high-volume mass merchandiser and technology base brands. You will be responsible for mastering retail execution plans to drive incremental sales, implement and maintain high caliber promotional and direct marketing strategies, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Training and Responsibilities include:
Drive new account acquisition through consultative sales techniques
Utilize the latest CRM technology to demonstrate key benefits to consumers
Build and maintain business relationships with key decision makers at all levels
Partner with store management team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase and improve sales results
Complete and submit electronic and/or written daily and weekly sales reports
Develop and recommend strategies aimed to improve the overall effectiveness of our client s brand
Create effective selling tools and presentations for key decision makers while making recommendations for best services
