In this role you will report directly to the Global Head of Current Business Management and work side by side with the leadership team in driving various pan PS business and operational initiatives. This role is responsible for strategic alignment, operational success, and integration of activities with other major organizational functions. This role will act as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business. Responsibilities: Drive pan PS operational initiatives working across the functional and GBU teams as well as 3 regional organizations to optimize HPs business results Drive the PS LTP process across the functional and GBU teams within PS including: Define workstreams, process, milestones, Define and run overall process including structuring sub-processes and how they integrate Weekly progress reporting to WW PS LT Drive executive reviews and facilitate meetings Provide guidance on priorities and metrics to achieve the financial plan Work with Regions and Functions on trade-offs to achieve plan Bridge gaps between GBUs, Regions, Functions and WW to ensure a consistent LTP from all dimensions make trade-offs where necessary Responsible for managing the Displays and Accessories current business management function for both consumer and commercial Establish an executive operations management process (SIOP) Refine current PS operations model to address critical gaps in decision making impacting our ability to execute to our strategy, lower costs, and improve the effectiveness and engagement of our organization Provides strategic advice to regional/Corporate Function departmental executive management regarding overall targeted growth, operation efficiency, and capital strategy initiatives. Builds financially sound, executable, data-driven business strategies that improve HP share holder value. Provides strategic advice to clarify, plan and monitor the growth of HP or business unit revenues and market share. Drives operational efficiency initiatives that improve HP profitability Applies financial rigor and acumen to all initiatives that lead executive and HP business teams to share holder value based decisions Balances short term with long term strategies and resource investment. Drives high-impact organizational and operational planning initiatives Influences C-level executives on a wide range of business issues, including risk management and implementation tactics. Provides innovative thought leadership and shapes the knowledge base within area of expertise. Provides strong leadership, develops and sets individual and departmental team performance goals and manages/drives change. Education and Experience Required: Achieved planned financial results at an organizational level. Acted as a senior manager in a global company responsible for operational efficiency. Exercised leadership on external business or industry boards. 17+ years total experience. 10+ years post-advanced degree experience leading highly visible projects and company financial improvement initiatives MBA highly desired, or advanced university degree. Bachelors degree required.
