The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver projects that span across one or more internal departments within Bazaarvoice. Senior Program Managers are responsible for managing resources, schedules, and budgets throughout the full development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Senior Program Managers must be able to work with little information or guidance and bring to order to chaos and ambiguity. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business or departments Lead integration of newly acquired companies into Bazaarvoice Provide leadership for project teams by equipping and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones Full project and program life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic business objectives Report on project program success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project Manage the day-to-day program activities and resources, chair the project management team meetings, and deliver meeting minutes where appropriate Provide status reporting regarding project/program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across different leadership teams and levels Understand inter-dependencies between technology, operations and business needs Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization About Bazaarvoice Bazaarvoice connects brands and retailers to consumers, so that every shopping experience feels personal.
