The corporate account executive, Organometallic Catalysts is responsible for new customer acquisition and maintaining/expanding existing business at key accounts within the assigned territory to deliver profitable sales growth. This position reports directly to the Business Director of the Global Organometallics business.
Territory - US and Canada Key Accounts Based in Houston Area
Job Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining and growing accounts within territory and converting new accounts Establishing strong relationships with key decision makers at assigned accounts Utilize knowledge and understanding of the customers business to develop customized proposals Forecast revenue potential for each account and manage an opportunity funnel Develop strategies focused on expanding customer base within defined territory Engage Customer Technical Service (CTS) resources during the sales process as necessary to win business Effectively collaborate with Organometallics business leaders to manage key accounts Use CRM system, contract management system and Challenger sales approach to manage all account activities and win business

Required Experience -
Bachelors degree and 5 years to 10 years demonstrated success in plastics or chemicals key account management with increasing levels of responsibility.
